WHO IT’S FOR

For People Ready to Rebuild Strength and Confidence

This program is designed for adults whose low back pain has affected their confidence, physical activity, or ability to strength train consistently.

You want to exercise again but are unsure which movements, loads, or progressions are appropriate.

Recurring symptoms have reduced your confidence in training, everyday movement, or physically demanding activities.

You have completed treatment or physical therapy but still need guidance returning to strength training.

You want individualized coaching, gradual progression, and clear decisions based on your response to exercise.

Evaluate your training history, movement tolerance, symptom behavior, goals, and readiness to participate.

Build a strength plan around your current capacity, training experience, and response to exercise.

PROGRESSIVE LOADING

Increase movement complexity and training demands gradually as your capacity and confidence improve.

ONGOING ADJUSTMENTS

Track symptoms, performance, and recovery so your program can evolve appropriately over time.

CLIENT STORY

Andrew’s Return to Strength

Andrew’s Return to Strength

Andrew training with Coach Valentín during his progressive return to strength after back surgery.

After more than a decade of recurring low back pain, Andrew experienced a severe episode that left him unable to walk and ultimately led to spinal surgery.

When he was ready to train again, individualized strength coaching at CV Studio helped him progressively rebuild movement, confidence, and trust in his body.

“I’m not where I want to be yet, but where I am is way better than where I was. Sometimes you have to be grateful for progression over perfection—and that’s a win.”

Because low back pain presents differently from person to person, every client must complete an in-person physical assessment before beginning the program.

The assessment helps us understand how your symptoms respond to movement and loading, identify relevant contributing factors, and determine whether exercise coaching at CV Studio is appropriate for you.
