Welcome to CV Studio Miami. By accessing or using any part of our services — including our website, mobile app, studio memberships, training programs, and any products or content we provide (collectively, the “Services”) — you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Use of Our Services

CV Studio Miami offers fitness coaching, training programs, nutrition guidance, physical studio access, online tools, and educational content. These Services are intended for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent.

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18.

  • You understand that physical training involves inherent risks and agree to participate voluntarily.

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions that may impact your participation.

2. Payment & Billing

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of registration or booking unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon in writing.

  • Subscription Services (e.g., Online Coaching via The Chisel App) renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • Personal Training Packages expire after a set time period and are non-transferable.

  • Prices may change over time, but you’ll be notified in advance of any subscription adjustments.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy is outlined in full on our Refund Policy Page. In general:

  • Digital products (including online coaching, consultations, and app access) are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

  • In-person services may be rescheduled with appropriate notice, but missed sessions are not refunded.

  • Merchandise may be eligible for return if unused and returned within 14 days.

4. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account to use our app or book services, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure.

  • Ensuring your personal information is accurate and up to date.

  • Not sharing your access with others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, programs, images, branding, and materials provided by CV Studio Miami are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or exploit any of our materials without express written permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CV Studio Miami provides guidance based on evidence-based fitness and nutrition principles. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as progress depends on individual effort, adherence, and external factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from your use of our Services.

  • You accept full responsibility for your physical well-being while participating in training or using our content.

  • We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, about the accuracy or results of our Services.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you:

  • Violate our terms or policies.

  • Engage in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct.

  • Misuse or exploit our intellectual property.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal disputes must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
