Refund Policy

At CV Studio Miami, we are deeply committed to delivering the highest quality transformation coaching and client experience. Your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of our services — which involve digital program delivery, scheduling capacity, and coach allocation — we maintain the following refund policy:
Training Programs, Memberships & Coaching Services
All purchases of digital programs, coaching subscriptions, and memberships are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
This includes:

Private Training packages
-
Online Coaching subscriptions (Standard or Premium)

The Chisel App access
-
The Strong Woman Project, Masterpiece Experience, or any other transformation programs

Artisan Memberships or other studio access plans
We do not offer refunds for partial use or early cancellation unless explicitly stated in writing.
Live Classes & In-Person Sessions
In-person sessions and semi-private training are scheduled with limited availability and staff commitment. For this reason:

Missed or late-cancelled sessions (within 12 hours) are not refundable or transferable.

Cancellations made with more than 12 hours’ notice may be rescheduled subject to availability.

We do not offer refunds for sessions already completed or started.
Merchandise & Apparel
All merchandise (shirts, hoodies, etc.) is final sale unless damaged or defective.
If your item is defective or the wrong product was delivered, please contact us at info@cvstudiomiami.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace it or issue store credit upon return.
Subscription Billing (The Chisel App)
All online coaching subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel anytime prior to your renewal date to avoid future charges.

No retroactive refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.

You will retain access to The Chisel app and your coaching plan until the end of your paid period.
Custom Requests & Exceptions
If you experience unforeseen circumstances or believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out to our team. While we do not guarantee refunds outside of policy, we treat every case with fairness and respect.
