THE PROBLEM

Information Is Everywhere. Professional Judgment Is Not.

Personal trainers have access to more exercises, research, certifications, templates, and educational content than ever before.

But access to information does not automatically produce a better coach.

Real body-recomposition coaching requires the ability to understand the individual, identify the appropriate objective, establish priorities, integrate training and nutrition, interpret progress, and adjust the process when reality does not follow the original plan.

CV Mentorship was created to close the distance between knowing coaching concepts and being able to apply them responsibly with real people.

The goal is not to give you more information.
The goal is to improve the quality of your decisions.

THE ART OF TRANSFORMATION

Learn the Method Behind a Complete Transformation

The Art of Transformation is the body-recomposition coaching method taught inside CV Mentorship.

Developed through more than 15 years of practical coaching experience, the method integrates training, nutrition, behavior, communication, and progress assessment within one structured process.

01 — ASSESS

Understand the client’s goals, history, lifestyle, limitations, and starting point.

02 — CLASSIFY

Determine whether the appropriate strategy is recomposition, fat loss, muscle gain, or maintenance.

03 — DESIGN

Create an individualized plan for training, nutrition, activity, recovery, and adherence.

04 — COACH

Teach execution, effort, progression, habits, and realistic expectations.

05 — INTERPRET

Evaluate physical changes, performance, recovery, adherence, and client feedback.

06 — REFINE

Adjust the correct variable and guide the client through each stage of the transformation.

This cycle forms the foundation of The Art of Transformation and the operating system behind the entire mentorship.

HOW IT WORKS

How Your Coaching Process Begins

Develop the Skills to Lead the Entire Process

During the mentorship, you will learn how to:

  • Conduct a professional client assessment.

  • Determine the appropriate transformation phase.

  • Design individualized hypertrophy programs.

  • Coach exercise technique, effort, and progression.

  • Create practical nutrition and adherence strategies.

  • Interpret measurements, photographs, performance, and weight trends.

  • Diagnose plateaus and make informed adjustments.

  • Communicate decisions with clarity and professional authority.

You will not only learn what to do. You will learn how to determine what each client actually needs.

THE MENTORSHIP EXPERIENCE

Small-Group Advantage. Direct Feedback Every Week.

Each cohort is intentionally limited to a small group of trainers.

This allows every student to coach, present decisions, analyze cases, receive direct criticism, and revise their work under Valentín’s supervision.

This is not a passive lecture series. You will be expected to participate, apply the method, and explain your reasoning.

Your work and coaching decisions are reviewed directly by Valentín.

Every student coaches, presents cases, and contributes to weekly discussions.

Your progress is evaluated through your application—not merely your attendance.

LEARN INSIDE A COACHING STUDIO

Study the Craft Where Transformations Actually Happen

The mentorship is taught in person at CV Studio, a private body-recomposition and strength-training studio in Wynwood, Miami.

You will learn inside the environment where The Art of Transformation is applied every day—not in a traditional classroom disconnected from the realities of coaching.

The studio becomes a practical laboratory where you can observe movement, practice technical coaching, analyze real client cases, discuss professional challenges, and understand how a high-standard coaching service operates.

After completing the program, he began receiving clients at CV Studio. Within a few months, he became fully integrated into our coaching team and now performs nearly 30 coaching hours per week.

“The mentorship helped me become a real coach—not only someone who pushes clients through a workout. I now design with greater clarity, focus on the factors that produce results, and communicate with more intention and professionalism.”
