THE FULL CONVERSATION

Never Too Late to Transform

Jenny sits down with Coach Valentín to discuss what prevented her from staying consistent in the past, what finally helped her move forward, and how structured coaching changed more than her physical appearance.

In the full conversation, Jenny explains:

  • Why walking through the studio door was initially the hardest step

  • How she learned to train with greater confidence

  • What changed in her nutrition and daily habits

  • How consistent coaching helped her regain control of her health

  • What she would tell another woman who feels it may be too late to begin

“The heaviest thing at the gym was the front door.”

BEFORE CV STUDIO

The Hardest Step Was Getting Started

At 46, Jenny was working long hours on the corporate side of the hospitality industry. Much of her day was spent seated at a desk, and exercise had been inconsistent for years.

She had tried to become more active before, but without the right structure, guidance, or environment, it was difficult to sustain the process. Each attempt eventually ended with her returning to the same routine.

Jenny also reported that previous bloodwork had placed her in the prediabetic range. She understood that continuing without meaningful changes would likely move her health in the wrong direction.

More than anything, she needed a process she could trust—and someone to help her continue when motivation was no longer enough.

THE COACHING PROCESS

Structure Before Intensity

Jenny did not need another extreme challenge or temporary diet. She needed a realistic process built around her starting point, schedule, experience, and health priorities.

Jenny began training three times per week under close professional supervision. Each session focused on exercise technique, stability, range of motion, progressive strength development, and building confidence inside the gym.

Instead of relying on restriction or an unsustainable meal plan, Jenny learned how to structure her eating around calories, protein, portions, and better daily decisions. The objective was progress she could maintain—not perfection for a few weeks.

Walking became an important part of the process. Her daily movement increased progressively until she was consistently working toward approximately 10,000 steps per day.

Regular feedback, corrections, progress monitoring, and ongoing adjustments gave Jenny a clear direction. She no longer needed to guess whether she was doing enough or moving in the right direction.

THE TRANSFORMATION

Measurable Progress. Broader Change.

Jenny’s progress was not produced by one dramatic intervention. It came from repeatedly executing a clear plan across training, nutrition, daily movement, and recovery.

Approximately 210 lb at the beginning of the process; 182 lb recorded by March 2026, 175 lb recorded by July 2026

From years of inconsistent exercise to three structured strength-training sessions each week.

From a predominantly sedentary routine to consistently working toward approximately 10,000 daily steps.

Regular feedback, corrections, progress monitoring, and ongoing adjustments gave Jenny a clear direction. She no longer needed to guess whether she was doing enough or moving in the right direction.

Jenny reported meaningful improvements in her bloodwork and greater confidence in the direction of her long-term health.

“They designed workouts that fit my goals and limitations. Valentín helped me understand my body, break through misconceptions, and shift my relationship with food.”

BEYOND THE PHOTOGRAPH

Stronger, More Capable, and Back in Control

The physical transformation is visible, but it does not tell the complete story.

Jenny developed strength, learned how to train, created a more intentional approach to nutrition, and proved to herself that consistency could be rebuilt at any age.

She no longer sees exercise as another temporary attempt. Training has become part of how she takes care of herself, protects her health, and moves through life with greater confidence.

The most meaningful result was not simply becoming lighter. It was becoming an active participant in her own health again.
